He used this information to suggest a training plan that would be best suited for my needs. This planning phase was immensely helpful in ensuring that I stay on the right track and make consistent gains. As a mentor, Kit’s knowledge of exercise selection and proper technique was outstanding. He helped me correct my form on several exercises, which not only reduced my injury risk but also accelerated my strength gains.
One of Kit’s best traits is his friendly and open demeanor, which makes it a joy to train with him.
