
Meet Kit McConnico
Hello, my name is Kit McConnico. I am a native Austinite and a former high school coach. My passion is helping people in the city that I love achieve their fitness goals; whatever they may be. My training philosophy uses incremental progression and small sustainable changes that add up to achieving big goals. I know from my coaching experience, that a knowledgeable trainer makes the fitness journey more enjoyable and much more successful. I have seen the power that achieving fitness goals can have on all aspects of your life and I look forward to helping you do just that.
